Account

I can't log in or my password isn't working

Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. You will receive a 6 digit code by email that lets you set a new password. The code expires after 15 minutes. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you used the correct address.

I never received my verification code

Verification codes expire after 15 minutes. Tap "Resend code" to get a new one. If it still doesn't arrive after a few minutes, email us with the address you signed up with.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, listings, and message history. You can also request deletion by emailing us from the address tied to your account.

Buying

How do payments work?

When you buy an item, your payment is held in escrow by Stripe until you confirm pickup in the app. Once you confirm, the seller is paid. If something goes wrong before pickup, contact support and we can help mediate.

My payment was declined or shows an error

Most card declines come from your bank, not from us. Try a different card, confirm the billing address matches your card, and make sure your card is enabled for online purchases. If the error mentions a specific Stripe code, include it when you email us.

I haven't received the item I paid for

Reach out to the seller through the in app chat first. Most issues are coordination problems that get resolved by chatting. If the seller is unresponsive or the situation feels off, email us with the listing details and the funds will be reviewed before they are released.

Selling

How do I get paid?

Sellers receive payouts through Stripe. The first time someone buys from you, the app will prompt you to set up payouts by entering your bank or debit card information. After that, payouts happen automatically once the buyer confirms pickup.

Stripe is asking me for more verification

Stripe is required by law to verify the identity of anyone receiving payouts. Provide the requested document (usually a government issued ID or proof of address) and approval typically happens within a day. Until verification is complete, payments to you stay in escrow.

My listing was removed or flagged

Listings are scanned automatically for prohibited content. If yours was removed by mistake, email us with the listing title and a description and we'll review it manually.

Safety and Reports

How do I report a user, listing, or message?

Tap the three dot menu on any profile, listing, or message and select "Report." Pick the reason that fits and include any details. Reports go to our moderation team and are reviewed promptly.

How do I block someone?

Open the user's profile, tap the three dot menu, and select "Block." Blocked users cannot message you or see your listings. You can unblock anyone from Settings.

I think my account was accessed by someone else

Change your password immediately using "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Then email us from the address tied to your account so we can review recent activity and lock the session if needed.
